Kalpana Singh

Kalpana Singh, PhD, currently serves as Director of Assurance & Advisory at CPP Investments, where responsibilities include establishing an Advanced Analytics program and integrating innovative technologies into internal audit processes. Previously, at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), Kalpana was appointed Director of IA, Innovation & Advanced Analytics, leading the development of the company's inaugural Advanced Analytics Program and enhancing data-driven auditing practices. Prior roles included Senior Manager for Advanced Analytics and Data Governance Manager, where efforts focused on automation and data governance initiatives. Kalpana's research experience includes contributions to the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory project and data analysis projects at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and KVI-Center for Advanced Radiation Technology. Kalpana earned MSc and PhD degrees in Physics from Banaras Hindu University and received a nomination for the 2019 CEO Culture Award for contributions in Creativity & Innovation.
