Martin Healey

Martin Healey serves as a Non-Executive Director at MDC² since December 2022, focusing on logistics properties in Poland and leading the Audit & Risk Committee while participating in the Investment and ESG Committees. Since September 2005, Martin has been a Senior Adviser on the Investment Committee at CPP Investment Board, contributing to various committees and previously heading multiple real estate and asset strategy groups. Past roles include Non-Executive Director at Arqiva and Associate at Capstone Advisors. Martin began a career at Royal Bank of Canada, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Account Manager to Associate across London and Toronto. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in Business and Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
