Marzie Aghdaee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and learning consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at CPP Investments since December 2022, Marzie has held positions such as Learning Consultant at the City of Toronto and Senior Research Consultant at Tapestry Community Capital. Prior roles include leadership in education and learning at Code for Canada, research advisory at EQWIP HUBs, and various administrative and project management roles within government agencies.
