Sarah Jenkins

Sarah Jenkins serves as the Managing Director of Global Public Affairs EMEA at CPP Investment Board since August 2014, where responsibilities include building the EMEA public affairs function, representing the organization at high government levels, and advising investment teams across various sectors. Prior experience includes roles as Account Director at Fleishman-Hillard, contributing to significant accounts in the infrastructure and energy sectors, and involvement in the Lord Heseltine Review on UK competitiveness at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Sarah's background also encompasses positions at HM Treasury, the Office of Government Commerce, Ofsted, and the European Parliament, where essential functions ranged from managing ministerial offices to engaging with parliamentary processes. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Development from UEA and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Geography and Hispanic Studies from the University of London.
