Sibylle Pierson

Sibylle Pierson is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate in Portfolio Value Creation at CPP Investments since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sibylle worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from August 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included conducting due diligence within the Principal Investor and Private Equity (PIPE) team, focusing on Healthcare and Technology sectors. Earlier experience includes consulting at Harpagon from January 2016 to August 2017, where Sibylle managed marketing and communication investments, conducted data analysis, and coordinated projects. Additionally, a strategy internship took place at Subsea 7 in 2014. Sibylle holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School, complemented by exchange programs at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and The University of Western Australia.
