Steven Chen

Steven Chen is a highly experienced professional in the field of software engineering and data analytics. Steven currently holds the position of Lead Engineer at CPP Investments | Investissements RPC since July 2023. Prior to this, Steven worked at Finastra as a Lead Data Engineer from March 2022 to July 2023. Steven also served as a Sr Software Engineer at Ceridian for a significant duration, from January 2014 to March 2022. Steven's responsibilities at Ceridian included designing and developing a data analytics platform for their cloud application for human capital management using various technologies such as Azure Synapse, Data Factory, DataBrick, Power BI, Python, C#, JavaScript, and DevOps. Before that, they held roles at RBC Royal Bank of Canada, including Business Intelligence Architect and Sr Technical Analyst, from December 2008 to January 2014. Additionally, Steven also worked as a Development Manager at the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences - Sinosoft from December 2005 to May 2008.
