Zahra Khilji

Zahra Khilji has a solid background in global rewards and compensation. Zahra currently holds the position of Managing Director, Global Rewards at CPP Investments | Investissements RPC since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director, Global Compensation, Human Resources at the same company from June 2018 to April 2023. Before joining CPP Investments, Zahra worked at TD as a Senior Manager, Global Compensation from February 2013 to November 2017, where they provided strategic guidance on a wide range of Total Rewards topics.
