Tom Dreyer

As president and co-head of CA Capital Advisory, Tom Dreyer is responsible for the oversight of all alternative equity strategies employed across CA’s wide range of commercial real estate asset classes. Tom provides oversight and strategic leadership for all permanent capital vehicles / private REITs, commingled funds, co-investments, direct investments and EB‑5 financing. Tom has been actively involved with CA Ventures since the launch of an EB‑5 JV in late 2016 with operations based in South Africa.
