William Lu

William Lu has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. William is currently the Executive Vice President & Market Officer at CA Ventures, where they oversee the growth of the company's Industrial Platform and Centris Industrial Private REIT. Previously, they worked as a Senior Vice President at CenterPoint Properties, where they led the development strategy and managed the development team in the West Region. Before that, they were a Vice President at Conor Commercial Real Estate, responsible for managing development projects in the California/Nevada market. William also worked as a Project Manager at Pulte Homes, overseeing land development and entitlements. Their early experience includes serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at AMEC Earth & Environmental, where they focused on designing infrastructure projects in Southern California.

William Lu earned their Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UCLA in the years 1994 to 1999. William later completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they hold certifications as a LEED AP from the USGBC-Los Angeles and as a Registered Professional Civil Engineer from the State of California.
