Kathy U.

Kathy U. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources management, program delivery, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a part-time instructor in the Graduate Program of HR Management at Niagara College, Kathy U. also holds positions as an Independent Director and Chair of the HR and Executive Compensation Committee at CAA Niagara, and an Independent Director and Chair of the HR Committee at MTE Consultants Inc. Previous roles include significant contributions as a VP at TD, where Kathy U. managed a corporate portfolio delivery group, and as Program Director at UMC, leading strategic advisory services. With a strong educational background including an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Directors Education Program certification from the Rotman School of Management, Kathy U. has also participated in various non-profit initiatives, including the FAB Foundation and MEC.
