Vincent L-Garant

Vincent L-Garant is an experienced professional in the field of information security and software development, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Security and Security Architect at CAA-Québec since May 2022. Previous roles include Information Security Governance Specialist at Coveo, Application Security Developer at Bentley Systems, and Consultant at CGI, where development in C# ASP.NET and PHP was a focus. Vincent also held the position of Vice-President of Technologies for Jeux du Commerce 2016, overseeing web and iPhone application development, and worked as an administrative assistant at Université Laval, contributing to a mining simulation application and web development. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from Université Laval.
