Yann Bertrand

Yann Bertrand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the Responsable for the center of excellence in change management at CAA-Québec, Yann Bertrand leads digital and organizational transformation efforts. Previously, as the Principal Advisor for change management at the Commission de la construction du Québec, Yann Bertrand supported agile digital transformations and organizational support initiatives. Additional roles include Director of Business Development at Le Clavier Futé, Change Management Director at Volcio, and various project and operational excellence positions. Yann Bertrand holds a yoga instructor certification and degrees in sales management and client negotiation from Burgundy School of Business and Lycée Montchapet.
