Jarrett Swereda has work experience in the field of information technology. Jarrett started working at Hazco Environmental Services in 2010 as an IT Helpdesk and Desk side Support. Jarrett'sresponsibilities included answering tickets submitted to the help desk, providing follow-ups for all users, entering new users into the Active Directory, creating Outlook mailboxes and email accounts, and troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues. In 2011, they joined CAA Saskatchewan as an IT Support Analyst. In this role, they were involved in hardware/software installations and support, server and network maintenance, and writing VB scripts. Jarrett also worked on projects such as the rollout of new Symantec Endpoint Protection. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Information Technology at CAA Saskatchewan, where they continued their work in IT management.

Jarrett Swereda attended Mount Royal University from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued an Applied Degree in Computer Information Systems and Business. During this time, they studied subjects such as IS design, Programming, Database Design, Management Principles, and Marketing. Jarrett also obtained a Bachelor of Applied degree in Computer Information Systems and Business from the same institution. In June 2013, they acquired the ITIL Foundations certification from Loyalist Certification Services.
