Brent Jacobs

Brent Jacobs is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Global Head of IT Service Management (ITSM) & Operations at Creative Artists Agency since March 2024, where leadership involves defining and implementing ITSM practices based on the ITIL framework. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant in Technology Transaction Services at West Monroe, and multiple positions at BD spanning IT Mergers & Acquisitions, Compliance, and Information Security. Jacobs also contributed as an Assistant Instructor for the Penn Cybersecurity Boot Camp and has a background in data analysis from ECT Rotterdam. Educationally, Brent holds a Master of Engineering in Healthcare Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Business & Engineering from Lehigh University.
