Heather Khoury

Heather Khoury is currently a Partner at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) Executive Search, a position held since 2024 following the acquisition of Hanold Associates. Prior to this role, Heather served as Head of Tech Recruiting and Director of Tech and Product Recruitment at The New York Times, where they led a team of recruiters and scaled digital hiring efforts. They also have experience in various HR and recruiting roles at the Council on Foreign Relations, eMusic, and as an HR/Office Coordinator. Heather is pursuing a BBA in Human Resource Management at Baruch College and an Employment Law Certificate from Cornell University.
