Matthew Gillingham is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Creative Artists Agency since July 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at PGMOL from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Matthew was the Head of People and Culture for Smiggle UK & ROI from August 2019 to September 2021 and spent nearly a decade at Clintons (AG Retail) in multiple HR roles, culminating as Head of HR.
