Timea Torfs-Hornyak is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic partnership, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at both Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU and ShopBack, Timea has previously held significant roles at Amobee as a Regional Human Resources Manager and Kantar as a Human Resources Business Partner, where initiatives such as talent assessment and management development programs were successfully implemented. With a strong background at Deutsche Telekom and Tesco, Timea has consistently driven improvements in employee engagement and diversity.
