Khushboo Motwani

Khushboo Motwani's work experience includes being the Director of Finance & Accounts at CaaStle, where they provided strategic accounting infrastructure recommendations for new business initiatives. Khushboo was responsible for system exploration and proof of concept, laying down various requirements around operational accounting, auditing, and reporting. Khushboo also had discussions with various functional teams and created accounting workflows, operational processes, and reconciliation frameworks.

Prior to their role as Director of Finance & Accounts, Khushboo worked at CaaStle as a Senior Manager and Account Manager (Gwynnie Bee). In these roles, they built teams and systems from scratch and was responsible for controlling annual physical inspection activities across distribution centers.

Before joining CaaStle, Khushboo served as an Assistant Manager Accounts at PSG Financial Management Consultants Private Limited. Prior to that, they worked as an Article Assistant at Arun Malhotra and Company.

Khushboo Motwani obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University in the timeframe of 2006-2009. Khushboo later pursued Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completing their education in 2012.
