Aditya Pai

Aditya Pai is an experienced IT service management professional with a robust background in leading teams and managing internal client services. Currently serving as the Lead of IT Service Management at CAAT Pension Plan since May 2023, Aditya previously held managerial roles at Ontario Teachers'​ Pension Plan, focusing on operational oversight and process guidance within ITSM. Aditya's expertise includes ITIL Service Lifecycle, ServiceNow functionalities, and business analysis, with a proven history of successful implementations across various organizations, including Deloitte Canada and Cognizant. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
