David Brooks

David Brooks currently serves as the Lead of Pension Administration Education at CAAT Pension Plan. Prior to this role, David worked at OMERS for over a decade, holding positions such as Senior Learning Analyst, Learning Analyst, and Pension Specialist. David holds a Pension Plan Administration Certificate from Humber College, an Adult Learning and Development Certificate from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University.
