Louis Kwon, FSA, FCIA, CFA is a highly experienced actuary who has worked in various roles within the actuarial field. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Team Lead of Actuarial Solutions at CAAT Pension Plan, Louis has effectively led multiple pension plan mergers and collaborated closely with the Investment Department. Prior to this, Louis held roles at Aon where Louis advised clients on sustainable funding policies and de-risking strategies for pension plans. With a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, Louis has a strong educational background to support their extensive experience in the industry.
