Vitou Khoun

Vitou Khoun has a strong background in information technology, with experience spanning over two decades. Vitou started their career in 2003 at the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia, where they served as an IT Administrator for Network and Internet-banking. In 2009, they joined Cambodia Asia Bank as an IT Manager and held this role until 2013. Vitou then moved to CHIEF BANK, where they progressed from IT Manager to Senior IT Manager, overseeing the organization's IT operations. In 2022, Vitou Khoun was appointed Deputy Head of IT at CHIEF BANK, and the following year, they assumed the position of Head of Information Technology at Cambodia Asia Bank. Throughout their career, Vitou Khoun has demonstrated leadership and expertise in managing IT functions and contributing to the technological advancement of financial institutions.

Vitou Khoun completed a course in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System at SGS in 2019. Previously, in 2018, they studied IT Risk and Controls Management at TechLive Technology Institute. In 2008, Vitou pursued a course in Computer Security for Asian Country through the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship, Japan. Vitou obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from RUPP in 2002. Additionally, in 2004-2005, Vitou studied Accounting and Finance as a Pre-Master of Business Administration at Build Bright University.
