James Hall has been working in the customer service industry since 2014. James began their career as a Sales Associate at MetroPCS in 2014. In 2015, they moved to The UPS Store as a Customer Service Representative. In 2018, they were promoted to Package Center Supervisor at UPS. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Success Lead at CABA Design.
James Hall is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Government - Politics & Policy at Liberty University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023.
