Niccolo Bluhm has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2013. Niccolo began their career as a Math Tutor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2014. Niccolo then went on to complete three internships at United Launch Alliance (ULA) in 2013, 2014, and 2015. In 2015, they also worked as a Part Time Intern in Automation and Testing at HGST, a Western Digital company. In 2016, they were a Systems Engineer II at Raytheon, where they wrote Matlab qualification scripts for the Stormbreaker glide bomb and worked on enhancing the seeker algorithms and models. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Ball Aerospace as a Test Engineer, where they led a cross-functional team to automate acceptance test data collection and processing in Matlab, resulting in $1.5M in savings. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Engineer in Test at Caban Systems.

Niccolo Bluhm obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs between 2012 and 2016.
