Liz Marshall

Liz Marshall has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Liz started their career in 1999 as a Recruiter for CapitalStream. From 2002 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Recruiter for Precision Systems. In 2013, they became the Founder and Senior Recruiting Manager of Red Pebble Recruiting, where they provided staffing and recruiting process consultation. In 2015, they took on roles as a Senior Sourcing Recruiter for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, a Recruiting Consultant for PATH, and an Executive Recruiting Partner for Archer Field Inc. Liz also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Zillow. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Senior Recruiting Manager for Likewise. Currently, they are a Recruiting Consultant for Cabana.

Liz Marshall completed their M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2005 and their BA from Columbia University in 1996, both in the field of Divinity and Anthropology respectively.
