Naomi Elder

Naomi Elder is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leading brand transformation and strategic initiatives within the apparel and beauty industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at cabi Clothing since January 2023, Naomi oversees brand strategy, integrated marketing, content creation, digital expansion, and consumer insights for the $200M social-selling apparel brand. Prior to this role, Naomi held key positions at Wella Company, including Head of Marketing for OPI North America, where brand evolution and digital engagement were prioritized. With a strong foundation in marketing strategy established during tenure at Coty and JAFRA Cosmetics International, Naomi has consistently driven brand relevance, innovation, and market growth across multiple global markets. Naomi holds an MSc in International Business from London South Bank University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Tourism from Dublin Business School.
