Elisa Caballero

Elisa Caballero is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at Cabify since January 2024, focusing on logistics and business solutions. Previously, Elisa held the role of Global Head of Engineering Strategy and Ops at Glovo from July 2021 to January 2024. Prior experiences include positions at Expedia Group as Senior Product Manager and Staff Technical Product Manager, and at HomeAway as Senior Technical Product Manager. Elisa began a career in data quality at Santander Bank, N.A., where roles included Senior Data Quality Manager and Data Quality Manager, overseeing data accuracy and compliance. Earlier experience includes project management at Axis Corporate and functional analysis at Indra Systems. Elisa holds an engineering degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a certification in Project Management of Information Technology from Harvard University.
