Gabriel Cordova

Gabriel Cordova is an experienced professional in operational excellence and project management, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Senior Specialist at Cabify since May 2017, overseeing projects across seven countries to enhance service quality and improve operational processes for driver partners. Previously, Gabriel held several key positions within Cabify Chile, including Operations and Customer Service Manager and Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams, managing quality initiatives, and driving operational improvements. Prior to joining Cabify, Gabriel worked as a Project Engineer at Enertelcom, focusing on electrical projects and service quality measurements, and served as an Academic Assistant at Universidad Simón Bolívar, conducting simulations for power system configurations. Gabriel holds an Engineer's degree in Power System Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
