Customer Success Executive Senior

Oscar Rios has extensive experience in customer success and sales roles at Cabify, having held positions such as Customer Success Executive Jr., Senior Sales Development Representative, and Customer Support Associate since July 2017. Prior to Cabify, Oscar worked as an Asesor comercial at COS Colombian Outsourcing Solutions for six months in 2016. In terms of education, Oscar is pursuing a degree in Ingeniería Industrial at Universidad ECCI, expected to graduate in March 2025, and previously earned a degree in Tecnología en Gestión de Procesos Industriales from the same institution in November 2022. Additionally, Oscar has studied Analítica de Datos at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.
