Frederick Hartman has a diverse range of work experience. Frederick started their career in the US Army in 2002 as a 19D Cav Scout, where they operated and maintained scout vehicles, crew-served weapons, and communications equipment. After their military service, they worked at Ross Stores as a Loss Prevention professional, focusing on fraud investigation, store safety, and theft prevention. In 2009, they joined Trinity Youth Services as a Youth Counselor, providing care and education for children. Most recently, Frederick has been self-employed as an IT Field Engineer, providing IT support and hardware/software assistance for a mid-size company with 50 locations nationwide.

Frederick Hartman began their education journey at ITT Technical Institute-San Bernardino in 2011, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Frederick successfully completed their program in 2013. Continuing their educational path, from 2011 to 2015, Frederick enrolled in ITT Technical Institute-San Bernardino again, this time pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Project Management Administration. After completing this program, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of Information Technology/Security. From 2016 to 2018, Frederick attended Western Governors University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology/Security.
