Blake Henry

Blake Henry has extensive experience in operations management, beginning with current tenure as Operations Manager at Cabinetworks Group since January 2010, where Blake serves as the immediate successor to the Plant Manager and has acted as interim plant manager at both Virginia and Kentucky plants. Previous roles at Cabinetworks Group include Facilities, Engineering & Maintenance Manager, where proactive leadership and strategic direction were provided, and Continuous Improvement Team Leader, focused on enhancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost through lean methodologies. Additional experience includes roles as Journeyman Plumber Apprentice at Dauenhauer Plumbing, EIT (Engineer in Training) Supervisor at Summit Polymers, Teaching Assistant and Post Office Worker at Berea College, and Civil Engineering Intern at Hall Contracting of Kentucky, Inc. Blake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technology and Industrial Arts Management from Berea College and a high school diploma in Mathematics and Physics from Walhalla Senior High School.
