Sarah Thau is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits, HR strategy, and IT project management. Currently serving as the Group Compensation & Benefits Director at Cabka since March 2023, Sarah is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation strategies, standardizing processes, and driving digitalization in HR. Previous roles include Senior Expert HR Strategy/Project Lead HR IT at Transdev GmbH, where Sarah led the modernization of HR software and supported overall HR strategy implementation, and Project Lead HR Transition at Uniper, overseeing the transition of HR functions and managing significant projects. Sarah has also held positions at E.ON Digital Technology and airberlin, focusing on executive reward management, HR controlling, and forecasting.
