Kathy Hicks is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in legal and executive support roles. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at CTAM, Kathy Hicks also manages the Educational Foundation. Prior to this role, Kathy Hicks provided high-level secretarial and administrative support in various prestigious law firms, including Allen & Overy and Winston & Strawn LLP, with a focus on Banking Regulatory, IP litigation, and Financial Services practices. Kathy Hicks began a career in legal secretarial positions at firms such as Dechert LLP, Fried Frank, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, starting as early as 1999. Kathy Hicks holds a Computer Operator Certificate from the College of Southern Maryland.
