Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, focusing on an online store for organic body care and environmental products. Simultaneously, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Since November 2017, Mariana has also owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana has experience as a university lecturer, teaching subjects related to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
