Neil Keim has worked for a variety of companies since 1991. From 1991-1997, they were a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager, and Account Executive for Health Insurance | Employee Benefits | Life Settlements. From 1997-1999, they were a Manager of Sales Team for Prudential Healthcare. From 1999-2005, they were a Sales Executive for CIGNA Group Insurance. From 2005-2007, they were an Account Executive, Sales Executive, and Sales Representative for Life Equity LLC. From 2007-2008, they were a Part Time Customer Service Representative for Lake Erie Medical. From 2011-2012, they were a Sales Representative for OgilvyAction. From 2012-2016, they were a Membership Representative and Health Insurance Sales Representative for COSE. Since 2017, they have been a Regional Sales Manager and Account Manager for Cable Ties Unlimited.

Neil Keim has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Mount Union and a high school diploma from Lakewood High School. Neil also holds certifications from the Ohio High School Athletic Association as a Volleyball Official (obtained in August 2017) and a Basketball Official (obtained in October 2008). Neil also holds certifications from the NCAA as a Women's NCAA Basketball Official and a Women's Volleyball Official.
