Kevin Stefancik

Kevin Stefancik possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering, Research & Development, and Vice President of Operations at Cablecraft Engineered Motion Controls since May 2021. Previous roles include various leadership positions at H-P Products, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing and engineering management, production planning, technical sales, and strategic planning from October 2014 to April 2021. Prior to that, Kevin worked as a Principal Engineer and Capital Project Manager at GrafTech International, focusing on R&D and manufacturing scale-up, and held multiple management roles at GE and Lincoln Electric. Kevin's foundational skills in process engineering and manufacturing methods were developed during earlier career stages, including military service as a Military Police officer in the Army National Guard. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron and multiple certifications in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
