Dorin Viorel

Dorin Viorel is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in wireless systems and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Distinguished Technologist and Principal Wireless Architect at CableLabs since March 2015, Dorin has held various key positions including Senior Advisor at Fujitsu Laboratories America and Director of Wireless at Fujitsu Semiconductor America. Notably, Dorin contributed to the WiMAX Forum as a Board of Directors member and has held significant roles at Nortel Networks, including Manager of BWA Regulatory and Verification, and Sr. Verification Engineer. Dorin's career began at Radiocommunications Ltd Romania as NOC Sr. Manager. Dorin holds a Dipl. Engineer degree in Applied Electronics from the Technical University of Timisoara, Romania.
