Eric Garrett

Eric Garrett is a seasoned Test Automation Engineer at CableLabs since October 2014, specializing in the automation of testing for DOCSIS 3.1 compatible cable equipment utilizing Spirent iTest and TCL. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Staff Software Engineer II at SAP from January 2010 to July 2014, contributing to the development of the Synchronous Replication feature for Sybase Replication Server. Eric's extensive experience at Sybase from June 1994 to January 2010 included roles as a Staff Software Engineer I and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on development, sustaining, and quality assurance testing of key products such as Sybase DirectConnect for Oracle and Sybase ASE. Earlier career positions included Systems Administrator at Micro Decisionware Inc. and Network Administrator at Colorado National Banks, both contributing to Eric’s comprehensive technical expertise. Eric holds a degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
