Kendria Pearson serves as Senior Counsel in Intellectual Property at CableLabs since April 2024. Previous experience includes a role as Antitrust Law Clerk at the Department of Justice, where work involved IP and international antitrust issues, along with positions at BioServe focusing on export controls and patent research. Kendria has also interned with Sun Microsystems in legal matters related to global joint ventures and contributed as an author for Colorado Engineer Magazine. A holder of a law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law, Kendria has extensive experience in patent prosecution and litigation gained during tenure at Sheridan Ross P.C. and holds advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and Fachhochschule Regensburg.
