Alicia Åfeldt has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Alicia began their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Agent at AMF - Academicwork, where they provided general customer service and advised clients on their pensions. From there, they worked as a Financial Assistant at Strömberg Distribution, handling accounting tasks on a part-time basis. In 2011, they joined KPMG Sweden as an Audit Senior Associate, where they planned, managed, and coached audit teams. In 2014, they transitioned to Keolis Sverige AB, where they served as a Controller, responsible for monthly reporting and business cases for the bus fleet. Alicia then moved to Telia in 2015, working as a Business Controller, supporting various management teams and reviewing business cases. Following a parental leave, Alicia returned to Telia as a Business Controller Consumer, focusing on financial reporting and budgeting. In 2019, they became a Senior Business Controller at Cabonline Group, overseeing financial reporting and being a member of the regional management team. Alicia later took on the role of Acting Project Manager/Head of IT Delivery at Cabonline Group, before assuming their current position as Head of Products, managing a product team and driving strategic and tactical roadmaps.
Alicia Åfeldt completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Stockholm University from 2005 to 2010. In 2008, they also took FEK courses at Universitat Pompeu Fabra as part of their undergraduate studies.
