Lindsey O'Shea currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Cabot, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsey was the Executive Assistant to the Chair of the Board at RBC from March 2018 to July 2023. Lindsey's earlier career includes roles as Head of People Operations and Executive Assistant at Shaw Academy, along with serving as Executive Assistant for the Briefings unit and Writer/Editor in the Ministerial Correspondence Unit at the Department of Justice Canada from April 2008 to September 2014. Lindsey's experience also encompasses a position as a Safety Evaluation Officer in the Aviation Safety Intelligence Unit at Transport Canada from July 2005 to April 2008. Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminal Justice from Carleton University, completing studies in 2005.
