Kies Orr-LaVack possesses extensive experience in agricultural promotion and dairy management, having worked at The Farmer's Cow since August 2009 in product promotion. At Fort Hill Farms LLC, a family business established in August 1993, Kies has contributed to various seasonal events and activities while managing a diverse range of livestock. Additionally, Kies has been a promoter for Cabot Creamery Co-operative, also since August 1993. Academic credentials include an Associate's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, complemented by a high school diploma in Horticulture from Killingly High School. Other experience includes serving as a student ambassador at SUNY Cobleskill and working as a milker and barn worker at the university's dairy farm.
