The Operations and Coordination Team at Cabot Creamery Cooperative ensures seamless production and distribution of high-quality dairy products. Led by the Plant Manager, this team oversees daily plant operations, maintains strong relationships with customers through the Customer Relations Manager, streamlines direct store delivery via the DSD Operations Manager, and coordinates various logistical and administrative tasks with support from the Operations Coordinator. The team works collectively to uphold Cabot’s standards of excellence and sustainability.
