Zainal Sinaga is an experienced professional in the field of IT support and auditing, currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Cabot Credit Management since March 2022 and as the Service Desk Lead at Wescot Credit Services Limited since July 2016. In the role of Service Desk Lead, Zainal provides leadership to a team of four analysts, supporting a user base of over 1,400.
