Laura Washburn

Laura Washburn, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Sr. Human Resources Manager at Darn Tough Vermont® since November 2021, with previous roles including Corporate Human Resources Manager, Sr Human Resources Generalist, and Recruiter Business Partner. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Human Resources Specialist at AstenJohnson and had roles in human resources coordination and management at Perrigo Nutritionals, Lolë, and Destination XL Group, Inc. Laura's career in retail management began at Sterling Jewelers, where Laura was a Store Manager for eight years. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in General Studies with a concentration in Human Resources Essentials from Southern New Hampshire University, an SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, an Associate in Science in Business Administration and Management from Champlain College, and a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management from Champlain College. Additionally, Laura is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor from Honest Yoga.
