Chelsea C. Tamuk

As a Vice President of Investments, Chelsea sits in Cabot’s Orange County office and is directly responsible for sourcing and closing investments in Southern California and Phoenix. She began her Cabot career as an analyst on the Asset Management team and most recently was an Assistant Vice President of Investments, and helped with leading Cabot’s underwriting activities and analyst training for all funds and separate accounts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University, where she was a member of the Varsity Softball team, and a member of the Women’s Leadership Program at the Center for Women and Business. She is currently a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders forum.
