Chris oversees leasing, operations, property management and performance of industrial assets in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Phoenix and Denver markets. He is also the Portfolio Manager for one of Cabot’s separate accounts, directly responsible for the operations and performance analysis of US assets on behalf of a foreign investor. Before joining Cabot in 2008, Chris was an Internal Audit Consultant for Financial Services at Protiviti, Inc., assessing performance and risk for clients in the Asset Management industry. He holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Bentley University.
