Harborne W. Stuart III

Hobey manages the firm’s Finance team, which is responsible for the strategy, execution, and management of all debt and derivatives activities across investment vehicles. During his tenure, the team has developed strategies to support the Firm’s growing investment programs across theses and continents, including cross-border, foreign-exchange-efficient financing vehicles. He has been with Cabot since 2007, and prior to joining the Finance team, spent five years as an Asset Manager, managing assets in numerous markets across North America. Prior to joining Cabot in 2007, Hobey worked in the Financial Consulting Group of CBRE in New York, where he focused on tenant representation. He holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
