Koen F. De Jong

Koen sits in the Cabot’s Amsterdam office to source and execute industrial property investments in the Netherlands. He has a strong and extensive network of institutional investors, major logistics occupiers and other professionals from the industry. Before joining Cabot in 2022, he was an Associate Director in CBRE’s Dutch Capital Markets team focused on industrial sales and acquisitions throughout the Netherlands. Koen holds a BS degree Real Estate Management from the University of Applied Sciences Groningen and a MSc degree in Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich.
