Martie Benton

Martie Benton, ED.S, is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in educational settings. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Mustard Seeds Well Life Coach, LLC and as a blog content creator for Benevolently Purposed Blog since May 2023, Martie also holds a position as an Educator with Cabot Public Schools since August 2020. Previous roles include Assistant Principal at Beebe from July 2014 to June 2018, where Martie focused on organizational development and professional development. As Director of Learning at Beebe Public Schools from 2008 to June 2018, Martie led project management initiatives and developed programs for at-risk students. Educational qualifications include a Life and Health Coach Certification from The Health Coach Institute, an Educational Specialist degree, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
